Acceptable use policy
Contact support@picmira.com about this policy or the service.
Scope
These rules apply to uploaded references, generation instructions, generated results and use of Picmira’s galleries. Only submit content you have permission to use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or using them.
Prohibited content and activity
- Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexualized content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, grooming or any child sexual abuse material, including synthetic or edited depictions.
- Unlawful content, criminal facilitation, fraud, scams or malicious deception.
- Hateful, extremist, threatening or harassing content; glorification of violence or graphic abuse.
- Deceptive impersonation, identity misuse or harmful manipulation of a real person’s image without appropriate permission.
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights. A tool or style name does not confer permission to use protected characters or someone else’s work.
- Attempts to bypass content screening, account security, generation limits or other service controls.
Pre-generation screening
When serving AI generation through Creem, Picmira screens user-controlled generation instructions using Creem’s production moderation service before reserving credits or calling the image model. Only an allow decision passes. Flag or deny decisions are blocked; screening errors also block generation rather than bypassing the check. Screening records support auditing and investigation. Prompt screening is not a guarantee that all uploaded or generated content has been individually reviewed, and a passed request does not authorize prohibited use.
Provider safeguards and service restrictions
Generation providers can also reject requests under their own safety rules. We may restrict prohibited use or access to affected content, subject to applicable law. Do not try to evade a block by changing accounts or hiding instructions. Mandatory refund and consumer rights continue to apply.
Report a concern
Send reports to support@picmira.com with the Picmira page or task identifier, a description of the issue and any relevant rights or ownership information. Do not email illegal images, credentials or unnecessary personal information. Reports are reviewed manually; we do not claim a fixed response time or continuous human monitoring.
