About Picmira
Picmira provides AI image generation and photo transformation tools at picmira.com. Only published tools are offered as available features. AI results can vary; examples are illustrations of possible results, not guarantees. Review generated images before using or publishing them.
Accounts and guest access
You must have legal capacity to use this service and provide accurate account information. Google is the only sign-in provider; the first successful sign-in creates your account. Keep your Google account secure. Guests may use the free allowance displayed in the tool, which resets at 00:00 UTC. Do not bypass usage limits or create sessions to evade them. Guest uploads and results belong to the browser session and are not transferred when you sign in.
Your content and permissions
Upload only content you own or have permission to process, including appropriate consent for images of other people. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. You authorize the processing and storage needed to provide the requested service, including processing by our service providers. Rights in AI-generated outputs depend on applicable law and any rights in the source material; we do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights.
Public and private results
Signed-in users default to private results; guests generate public results. Turning off Private gallery allows the completed result to appear in the public gallery. Your uploaded reference and prompt are not included in that public listing. Signed-in users can make their own account results private from the result card. Copies already downloaded or shared by other people cannot be recalled. Private gallery controls access within Picmira; provider-hosted temporary output copies are subject to the provider’s policies.
Acceptable use and screening
Follow our Acceptable use policy. Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, unlawful and infringing content is prohibited. Do not use Picmira for harassment, deceptive impersonation, fraud or attempts to defeat safety controls. When serving AI generation through Creem, we screen user-supplied instructions before reserving credits or invoking the image model. Denied or flagged instructions, and screening errors, block the request. Automated checks do not guarantee that every prohibited result is detected; report concerns to support.
Generation and credits
The credit cost is shown before submission. A task reserves credits while processing and settles them on success. A confirmed failure releases the reservation or returns the guest attempt. Pack credits return to their original batch and retain its original expiry; expired or refunded credits are not reactivated. A pending or unknown task retains its reservation until its outcome is verified; do not repeatedly submit the same request. Credits are service units, are not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Subscriptions and payments
Plan prices and credit allocations are shown on Pricing before purchase. Plans renew monthly, and credits are issued for each confirmed paid monthly period. Any applicable taxes and final charges are shown at checkout. Cancellation can be requested from Billing; check the provider-confirmed renewal status and current period. Cancellation stops future renewal once confirmed and does not by itself refund earlier charges.
One-time credit packs
When available, a credit pack is a single purchase with no automatic renewal and requires a signed-in account, not a subscription. Each pack is valid for 12 calendar months from its confirmed payment time; its remaining balance and expiry appear in your account. Cancellation of a subscription does not cancel a separately purchased pack. Pack credits with the earliest expiry are used first, followed by credits without an expiry. Unused pack credits expire at the displayed time. A new purchase does not extend an earlier pack. This pack validity rule does not add an expiry to existing subscription or legacy balances. Different image and video settings may require different numbers of credits, shown before generation.
Refunds and service issues
Our Refund policy explains how to request review of a charge or report a delivery problem. Confirmed generation failures return reserved service credits; this is separate from a refund of a subscription payment. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.
Service availability and changes
Model availability, tools and limits can change. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular result or permanent storage. Keep your own copies of images you need. We may restrict use that violates these terms or presents a security risk, subject to applicable law. Updates to these terms will be published with the updated date. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or rights to use a court or dispute resolution process that applicable law grants you. Contact support first so we can investigate and try to resolve a concern.
